Broad Ripple Village Taxi

This company has been shut down by the city of Indianapolis apparently for rigged meters, locking the passenger door so the passenger can’t get out, and other code violations. They are no longer in operation. (⁸⁄₁₃)

Let me start out saying, I am from Chicago and typically don’t have an issues getting a cab. Maybe my expectations were to high.
Called this place and booked a cab. We were a little outside of the city so we had to call. They said they would be there in 20 min. So about 30 min later I called again as they were a no show. They told me the driver had come to the house and tried to call… I was sitting right by the window watching the whole time so I knew this was a lie. The said they would send the cab back out… once again 30 min later no cab. I called and called… no answer
If you can’t pick us up, just say so. Don’t string us along for an hour thinking someone is coming pick us up!!! Terrible business practice, awful lying customer service!!!

Need to give less stars. Driver never showed and I missed my flight. Drivers usually run 25 – 30 minutes to pick you up in my experience. Horrible!
