Nova was very thorough-​love the feeling of clean teeth! She also gave me good suggestions about ways to improve my dental health. Dr. Nam is very knowledgable and willing to offer options before more involved procedures. Toni is such a great receptionist-​competent and welcoming. As long as I have to have dental appointments (not my favorite thing to do!), this is the place to have the best experience possible!

Dr Nam is fantastic! And her staff is very attentive. I’ve been a patient at this practice for over a decade and have never had an issues with the doctor or staff.

I’ve been a patient at Broad Ripple Family Dental since they merged with my previous dentist’s practice across the street now several years ago. I go for general dentistry and I have the Invisalign orthodontics through them as well. Their hygienists are top notch and take great care of my teeth and gums. And that’s saying a lot because I am prone to gum disease, even with good home care. The only beef I have it their billing statements are incomprehensible for the more complex services. But they are willing to go through them with you line-​by-​line if you need and explanation.

They do not stand behind their work! As a patient of many years, I was truly disappointed at the lack of customer service and care. I had a crown placed on a tooth several years ago by Broad Ripple Family Dental. This never fit properly. I went back two weeks later after great jaw pain and they «tried» to fix it. I had several appointments subsequently because it was uncomfortable and came off while flossing. (In the meantime the dentist who performed the procedure, sold the practice) Every doctor that looked at it said it does not fit properly (3) but that I would need a procedure possibly to take lengthen the tooth to get a better fit. * Please note the original doctor stated that he would do whatever he needed to make it right. The tooth next to it which also has a crown has come off due to the fact that it is next to the ill fitting one, 3 times and each time I have had to pay over $ 200 each time to have it glued back on. I sent my most recent x-​ray to another dentist who immediately said that it is obvious the crown does not fit properly. I asked what Broad Ripple Family Dental would contribute to this and the person on the other end of the phone said they are not willing to pay for any of it! They expect me to make an appointment and pay them in full for it to be made right.
