10⁄17 my sons and I went to have breakfast at the Bob Evans Restaurant in Elbert off of US31 and 465. I never have an issue with their food. However, info have an issue when waitresses and managers rant about a customer to other customers. It is no other persons business what issues they have with other patrons. I chose not to eat after hearing a waitress(also manager) say very bad things about a customer who had just had a bad experience. After leaving, I called to speak to the manager about the waitress and she said the waitress is also a manager and was a good employee. That is ok. They recently went through a management and staff change. I don’t know why the change because it was working fine. The current manager is the same manager as before and is not management material. We had in the last two years went back to their establishment because of previous bad management. Now we are not returning again. I will not visit this establishment again. Hopefully you will decide to go to another Bob Evans near by. I have left a message or the corporate office in hopes to get this changed

Amazing. Be sure to ask for Tina or Renee. We were visiting from Kansas City and ate breakfast everyday here. The bathrooms were very clean the service was amazing and the food was awesome.

I have always had exactly what I expected when I have ate food from here. While typically carry-out, I think that’s mostly due to my timing. Something, albeit small, that just tends to irk me. When I have placed carry out orders and they have been ready upon arrival, the most recent time was a little different. While this order was small(a large soup), I filled out my order like usual. A time was selected, I think 10 – 15 minutes in the future. The amount of minutes are not important, I showed up in allotted time window. I parked, walked in, and stood behind a couple separate couples checking out. As I approach the checkout, I let them know I have a carry out order. The staff member looks up my order. He then walks over, and asks someone to get it ready. They inform someone else I have arrived for my order, and that it needs prepared. Ok, I’m not a genius… But that’s why I ordered it ahead of time. I know that its already prepared. I thought that 10 – 15 minutes was for them to have it ready for me when I got there. Isn’t that why I put the order in early?

Standard Bob Evans-fast for breakfast. I love a good egg breakfast! They have freshened up the inside since I was here last, and there is a bakery counter, where you can buy pastries.
