NO. They do not return phone calls or respond to emails. This is a groupon scam as far as I am concerned. Per groupon, they were «overwhelmed» and you have to redeem through website. Well, no instructions on website, no return calls. Got a refund on my groupon and told them that they are being given a runaround by this enterprise.

I had the same experience as all the other reviewers. Worst customer service and was constantly given the runaround each time I contacted them.
DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME! There are many more reputable cupcake businesses in the area.

Kindred spirit here! I, too, purchased a Groupon, which I think is always a good way to try a new business. I LIVE in Nora, so it was perfect. Not. After my first unsuccessful attempt to use my voucher (I discovered I needed to order my dozen cupcakes at least two days in advance), I emailed my order FOUR days ahead — only to receive an email informing me that they were just «too busy» with all their Groupon orders to manage my dozen cupcakes. But they would let ME know when THEY could get around to making that extra dozen for me. Fortunately, the good folks at Groupon (who clearly KNOW how to treat customers) fully refunded the price of my voucher. I’ll stick with Vanilla Bean or Flying Cupcake from now on. They offer yummy cupcakes (same day, wow! imagine that!) and, of course, they also know how to treat customers. THAT’S what I call bliss!

This business would not honor a groupon with 6 days notice I provided them for only 2 dozen cupcakes needed on Oct 30^th or Oct 31^st for a birthday. The groupon rules stated they needed only 48 hours notice and I gave them 3 times that. But the real problem was the attitude of the owner. She said she was reporting my so-​called threat to the coupon company when I informed her I’d be notifying the company for a refund and blogging about her poor business ethic. Seems like the one owner company has a lack of manpower and has bit off more than she could chew or bake in this case. Not reliable and I won’t support this business ever!
