If I could give this review no stars I would. I purchased a Bobby Boss wig back in Nov 2015 and the wig did not last. The wig was human hair and the wig cost me $ 299.00 plus tax. I took the advice of the staff and sprayed the wig with leave in conditioner etc. I was told by the staff I could wash the wig and dye it if I wanted to. I washed the wig after a few weeks of wear and the aftermath was «horrendous» to say the least. I was so embarrased after wearing this wig for 3 weeks. I wish I could paste the before and after pictures. IF you want to see the before and after picture, PLEASE feel free to email me. Please do not buy an expensive wig from this place. You will be very disappointed. (Please see the attached pictures) The wig is coming apart at the seam and as you can see it does not look like the original picture.

be careful! went in to purchase a relaxer.
got home and it was crystallized. took it back. the man open three more and taped them back up, all were crystallized and he placed them back on shelf.

Great service, friendly staff, and beautiful wigs. The mother is such a pleasant person and her children are also welcoming. This is my go too store.

I have standards for basic customer service. Saying hello, asking if you need anything, MAYBE even a smile. Can you find that at Beauty 4U? Not so much. Even on a slow Saturday morning, the employees were much more into their video chats & text messages to acknowledge the two shoppers in their store.
I try to shop local when I need something as simple as shampoo. I’d much rather pay for customer service of Sally or Ulta.
They do have a large supply of products, though!

Rude. The ladies in the wig shop are rude. They treat you like you can’t go somewhere else and purchase a wig, hair piece, etc. Then they like to talk about you in a foreign language. Rude. Next, you better know exactly what you want if you go in there, because you are only allowed to try on 3 wigs and if you can’t find one within 3 tries, you have to pay $ 1 for the wig cap that they made you use even if you have your own! I only gave them one star because they do have nice wigs. Please show them that you can’t treat people any kind of way. I’ll definitely spend a couple more dollars for better service somewhere else! It’s worth it.
