William F. Tinsley is a graduate of Bangor High School class of 1968. He attended Auburn and Penn State Universities with studies in the schools of engineering and science. He graduated from the University of Louisville School of Dentistry with the degree of D.M.D. in the class of 1975. He received his certificate of orthodontics from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia in 1977. William F.
