Excellent customer service! I love going here because they’re always so nice. I drive past 3 other nail salons to go here. The owners remember you and always offer beverages. This is the best place to go!

I really love this place! I have been coming here regularly for a couple of years and before that I came every once in a while. Tried other places but have always come back here. I will never go anywhere else. Their service is awesome (except for Katie… don’t get her. Her attitude is horrible and I’m not paying for attitude while I’m there!) They always jump right on helping the customers and I have always had a good job done. Love the luxury pedicures and gel and manicures! I highly recommend!

The owner is always super nice! I also enjoy that they do have some younger girls, wish they weren’t so busy.

Been here a few times, enjoyed my time and service were great ! Lynda and her staffs also get me what I wanted. Will be coming back again! Could recommend this spa

I’m soooo frustrated right now! I have been coming to this nail establishment for 6 months (since I moved here)…Mya usually takes care of me but today she is out sick and I had to deal with this hothead bulldog!!! I change out my nails almost every 2 months so today is the day I get a new full set… I’m always changed $ 35 for acrylic and gel polish and Today these 2 ladies and a bulldog beouch wants to fight me about $ 5!!! Really!!! Isn’t it about providing correct customer service and communicating properly. They failed to do that in this business. So needless to say this will be the last time I come here — instead of giving the $ 5 they chose to lose two customers! Oh and let me say the bulldog came arguing with her fly swatter getting ugly and hitting the table with it!

They tend to stay pretty busy, but definitely do all they can to give you the attention you need at the time of service. I recommend coming here over some other places in the area.

I LOVE this place! Every time we visit family here in NC we always make time for Pampered Nail. I recommend the luxury pedi. Treat yourself to ahhhhhhh.
I also live the super friwndly staff. Even though we visit just a few times a year, they remember us!

I have been here a couple of times before but have never been wow’d by the service. I decided to stop in again because I needed a quick pedi and didn’t have time to go to my regular place. They were very well staffed and I got in right away. The girl that did my pedi was very nice, but the problem is that they do not seem like they are experienced. She was trying to trim the cuticles on my toes (never had that done before) and she kept poking me I told her it hurt, so… she kept doing! She put the polish on my toes then she used lotion to massage my legs but kept bumping my polish and had to fix a couple. Polish should be the last thing. At the end, I wasn’t even put under a dryer. The are more expensive then my regular place and not as good. Next time I will skip the pedi to wait until I can go to my regular spot. I guess I just wanted that Pampered feeling that’s in their name.

This place does a great job. They get you in and out quickly. I would give five stars if they didn’t try to up charge you all of the time. They are very much like a car dealership. Please just let me tell you what I want and stop trying make me spend more money.

I come here from the other side of town because they are awesome! I’ve tried other places, but never have the quality or service that they provide here. They also have more gel polish colors than anywhere, almost 250 (and they have a new one every 2 weeks when I’m there)!
They are also willing to do any nail art or designs that you want. People in there are always showing Pinterest ideas and walking out thrilled!

They have over 350 gel colors now.
They recently remodeled and added an additional 4 pedicure chairs!

I am a regular here. I generally like the customer service. The owner, Maya, is very friendly and goes out of her way to remember the customers’ names. Susan is the best for a pedicure and Cindy is the best if you are getting «fake» nails (ie. gel or acrylic fill-​in/​full-​set). When they are very busy, the customer service is not as great. They have a wide selection of polish colors and will serve you wine if you ask. The reasons for not giving 5 stars are: they are not great with honoring appointments & they selectively speak in Vietnamese when they don’t want customers to hear the conversation, which I think is rude.

Had the most horrified experience ever. The lady was waxing my eyebrows and she bruised my eye lid. It’s swollen, bruised and uncomfortable. Not once did she apologize !!! But yet told me it was probably my skin because its to sensitive ??? Not for a chance will I ever go there again*** if you make a mistake take responsibility and apologize. Now I look horrible seems like I got a black eye***

Great job on my nails! Got pink & white done. I had tried 5+ other places & this BEST! They get you in & out, good price & it’s entertaining.
