Lead Technician Mark Farrell has a total of 15 years experience in the IT industry. Filling roles from system administrator to field technician. Coupled with over a decade of experience are certifications from industry leaders such as Sony and Dell along with industry standard Comptia A+ Certification. Mark has worked in many different environments, from client’s home and offices to UN building in New York.
