Johnny B’s Limousine Service

Almost 5 stars! Last minute prom night reservation for 7 teens. A Stretch Escalade was the only vehicle available. It was beautiful! Great communication pre-​prom. Very cool Prom Promise that the parents must sign. Limo was on-​time and driver (Zeb) was professional and friendly. He sent me texts to let me know where they were! Awesome parental peace of mind!
So why not a 5??? The limo broke down upon arrival to prom. I received phone calls immediately from both the driver AND Lenora Bowman. They sent another car (sedan that seated 6) that arrived before the prom ended to take the kids home. The driver felt terrible but stayed positive! I understand that these things happen! The breakdown was handled quickly and professionally. The 7^th student found an alternate ride. On the phone that night Lenora assured me that she would be in touch and we would work out the details.
Post prom :(
Crickets!!! No call or email from Lenora or Johnny B’s. No follow up phone call. I emailed Lenora twice with no reply. Email #2 I suggested that in lieu of any refund, PLEASE pay it forward and give our driver a bigger tip because he earned it!!! Still no reply.
Professionalism comes full circle. Due to circumstances beyond Johnny B’s control, I didn’t get exactly what I paid for. I didn’t expect or request ANY refund of my $ 1,000.00 fare. I DID expect a phone call and/​or a reply to my emails.

Robby B. All I can say is I really had a good time the driver was awesome the prices were reasonable and I enjoyed the classy inside of a limousine instead of just a normal limousine. I would prefer this service to anyone and my friends really enjoyed himself also. Thank you Johnny B limousine service.

what a joke. this guy first quotes me $ 260 for a 15 minute ride, than tells me he’s not interested when I tell him it’s only a transfer from the airport…
«You get what you pay for» — word for word.
I will definitely go pay less for more service.
