Wow. Came in for a hair cut and colour and left with a $ 160 bill (in Indian Trail, NC — $ 160 for a cut and colour)? If you are pinching your pennies clarify the price before scheduling an appointment. The stylist decided on what she wanted to do and then expected me to pay for it even after I made it clear that I do my own colour two months in a row to keep the price of colour down. I also requested that she not put a bunch of foils in as I have never had more then 4 or 5 due to the cost, she procedured to put 12 – 15 foils in. CONFIRM the price on the phone with the stylist you select and then confirm again when you arrive — they may not be the same price that was quoted!

Stephanie R. That is a COMPLETE lie. I’m not a former employee, I have never done hair in my life. I live in the area and made an appointment based completely on convenience. This is my personal opinion of the establishment. It was dingy and covered in dust. I did NOT feel welcomed or appreciated. I felt like it was a very hostile environment among the people that worked the afternoon I was there. I don’t want to listen to drama, we all have enough in our lives. I went there to be pampered, that did NOT happen, NOT EVEN CLOSE!

Stephanie is a great stylist, and never hesitates to make suggestions, or go with an idea I had.
I wanted a color in my hair, like a pink or a purple, just a little bit. We talked, and she made a great recommendation, and for over a year now I’ve had a pink strip in my hair. I love it, it’s fun, and everyone thinks it looks cool!
She does such a great job that even when the pink fades, it goes from a bright fuchsia to a lighter pink.
Her haircuts are inventive, on trend, and always look good growing out a little bit.
I wouldn’t trust my hair to anyone else!

I went to see Diane on the my off for a haircut. I showed her a picture and she did the cut and style. When I left the salon, it looked great. The next day, I took a shower and decided to flat iron my hair. Oh lord. It was beyond a hot mess. The cut was not straight. It was VERY blunt and I felt like a two year old. Do not waste your time with her!

My hair stylist (I forget her name) was personable, fun, inviting, and did a great job with my hair. I will definitely be going back.

I can only review my haircut with Diane. Worst haircut ever! She didn’t listen to what I told her and shaved my eyebrows without even asking. Worst part is that she didn’t even tied the apron around my neck, so I had tons of hair down my back. So, I had to run home to change shirts because it itched so bad. The lengths were so off, that I had to pay for another cut just two weeks later to be able to manage my hair again (I usually get 4 – 6 weeks between haircuts).

I went to Imagez a year or so ago to get my hair highlighted. We asked for someone who specializes in color and they gave us Meg. It took her twice as long to do my hair than it should have and was constantly walking away to ask for advice and assistance. Overall, my experience wasn’t worth the time or money. When I heard they renovated and restaffed the salon I decided to give it another chance. I tried to make an appointment for my prom hair with Parrish because a friend recommended me. I was told «he didn’t work Saturdays» so they set me up with Charity. I had to wait 45 minutes– 1 hour later than my appointment because she was working with someone else. When another stylist asked if she wanted them to start with me, she wouldn’t allow it. When she finally got around to me, she had a huge attitude. Overall, my hair came out nice but my experience was horrible! She made me late for my prom and had an attitude the entire time! I was also unable to get my makeup done because of the wait. After giving Imagez two chances, I’m never going back!

I love coming to Imagez! Everyone is so nice, and Parrish does a great job on my hair! I’ve never ears anyone say a bad thing about their hair here.
