History

Established in 2011.

Established in the 1960’s, we bought the business originally in 2002 and in 2009 leased it out to a British couple who, If you read their reviews, were not fun people at the very least. We ended up having to take the property back on 8÷15÷2011 and are now refurbishing the hotel to once again be pet & family friendly!

Raised in California, my wife & I moved to Florida when we bought this little hotel on the beach. We also produce the longest running indoor antique show in Southern California 3 times per year which my family started in 1960. The show is the Del Mar Antique Show & Sale in beautiful Del Mar, California.

We are refurbishing and cleaning the hotel up after leasing it to someone who did not have our appreciation of what this place means. To us it is peaceful, serene, tranquil and friendly. With a lot of the older hotels and motels gone now to condo development, we sit on a semi-​private beach where you can relax and have a good time.

We hope that we will be here for many more years to come and look forward to exceeding your expectations.
