It is the perfect combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Western Sports Medicine perspective for the treatment of work, sports and orthopedic injuries. All treatments are customized to the needs of each individual with a clear plan for a set goal; whether that is recovery, performance enhancement or overall balance.
Some common injuries successfully treated by Sara, are: Low back pain, neck and shoulder pain, hip pain, Sciatica and Piriformis Syndrom, Chondromalasia, knee pain, Plantar Fasciitis, Golfer’s & Tennis Elbow, and Ankle/Joint Pain.
History
Established in 2010.
Although, In2 Health started business in 2010, it was in 2012 when it started focusing on taking care of athletes. Dr. Sara is one of only two practitioners in the state of Florida that has been Certified as a Sports Medicine Acupuncture Specialist.

Business Owner
Dr. Sara was born and raised in San Juan, Puerto Rico and has resided in the U.S.A. for the past 13 years. She began her Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine studies the the New England School of Acupuncture (NESA) in Newton, Massachusetts, where she completed her first academic year, and graduated from the Florida College of Integrative Medicine (FCIM) in Orlando, Florida. Dr. Sara also did an internship in China, where she learned techniques not traditionally taught in the U.S.A.
Aside from Acupuncture, Dr. Sara is certified in Acupuncture Injection Therapy; and has furthered her education through studies with Dr. Richard Tan, world renown Master of the Balance Method; Dr. Brandt Stickley, instructor of Contemporary Chinese Pulse Diagnosis (developed by Dr. Leon Hammer) and in February of 2012, received her Certification in Sports Medicine Acupuncture, developed and taught by it’s founder Matt Callison, M.S., L.Ac.
