Walgreens

Normally I don’t shop at Walgreens, because a few years ago I had quite a bit of trouble with their online customer service and I wasn’t satisfied with how it turned out, but when CVS dropped the ball and didn’t have someone available to do a passport picture, I figured I could put the past behind me. I was so impressed and so happy that I came here! When I came in I was greeted by a woman at the register, and she paged someone to the photo counter before I could even cross the store. Literally no waiting. The woman who took my picture was so fantastic. She retook the picture when I wasn’t thrilled with the first one (my hair is pretty unruly) and she even smoothed down my hair for me the second time. That’s going above and beyond. It took only about 10 minutes to print the pictures, and I got all my passport paperwork in the mail that same day. So awesome and I am so grateful for her help. I can’t comment on the rest of the store because she took care of me from start to finish. Now all I need is a vacation to put that passport to use.
