Great service, love Starbucks; it’s just this Starbucks Han an EXTREMELY awkward parking lot, that if the drive thru is wrapped, people who are parked can’t get out. It’s also inconveniently next to a Walmart and Metro stop…

Star bucks is known for quick coffee and the lowest quality. So I try customize my coffee to get a decent taste. So I always ask for 150 degree temp for my tall triple flat white. And what do I get? 200 effort degrees burning my tongue. Just 1 request and they couldn’t even do that!

Top notch service, branding and marketing. The taste isn’t too bad either. It’s still one of my favorite coffee shops in KC.

Honestly the only reason I can’t give this Starbucks 5 stars is due to its location. It’s near a bus stop that always has people lingering. It’s not the easiest to get to and takes a few minutes to figure out how to get back to the highway once you do make there. That being said, the staff is really friendly and they got my order right and promptly out to me.

Staff here is always friendly, and they’ve never messed up my usually complicated drink. I would go out of my way to visit this store over the Starbucks closer to my house.

Fine coffee as usual for Starbucks. But this location has an unusually slow moving line vs others I’ve been to. The parking lot is also kind junky with a lot of trash that they obviously don’t pick up.

Friendliness — 3⁄5 Typically greeted less than enthusiastically, with a disingenuous, if barely there, smile. Cleanliness of Dining Area — 3⁄5 If one were to sweep up all the crumbs in this place you’d have one solid, impressive pile. Happily the guests have all managed to take care of the big stuff. I’ve never seen any Starbuck’s folks venture out of their dugout. Speediness — 2⁄5 Too often, the busy work behind the counter doesn’t keep pace with the frustration building among the folks waiting. Comfort — 1⁄5 This is not a warm place in the winter. There’s a stiff but sunny wind blowing in that can easily be felt at every table. There’s not a person in here not wearing their coat. It’s perhaps 62 degrees inside? No couches, stuffed chairs, soft furnishings or comfy corners. Just a cramped space finished with cold, stiff, and uninviting tile and sealed wood.

Can’t say I’ve been in a store that was more of a mess. The in-counter trash can be the milk was literally overflowing. Three cups were protruding from the csn top, leaving no place to deposit trash. The men’s room was a wreck. Trash on the floor. I gave them back the drink I purchased and see no reason to ever return to this store.

First and foremost i understand that it is 5:45 in the morning, but they have been open since 5 That being said it is a place where you go to get coffee and coffee related products. .just exactly how is it when you are not busy and you walk in the door and are showing the 2 types of coffee on brew and they only have one made… and they tell you it will be 2 minutes… ok I can wait, just didn’t want to. Secondly or is this thirdly… what ever. …how is it that when you are not busy that the coffee sugar station is not cleaned and re-stocked…When will you get the time if you can’t do it when it is slow… oh sorry the conversation with fellow employees was more important huh? The only reason I still give it a 4 is the fact that this is my regular coffee spot. .so goes me being the Duke of this location. .bad morning and I will rack it up to that, we all have those days… but seeing as how I rarely go in and this is how disorganized it seemed to be… I may stick to the drive thru

Applying my new methodology to rate Starbucks — necessary because the 22,000 something of them are virtually identical, here’s how this one shakes out: — Getting in and out — 2⁄5. The tiny parking lot co-mingles with drive through traffic. — Service — 3⁄5. I’ve only been inside a few times but am pretty sure they’re friendlier in the 45 seconds we interact in the drive. — Noteworthy things — 2⁄5. The exterior is poorly maintained with fake bricks falling off and overgrown landscaping. They do have outdoor seating but it’s surrounded by a parking lot and drive through. I’ll round up to 3 out of 5 stars.

It is exactly what you would expect. Same Starbucks quality in this neighborhood… Decent drive-thru, kind of fast… Nice place to meet friends before going to events at the stadiums.

I found a new breakfast place. NO, it’s not new at all, but today I decided to wake up at 6:15 a.m., and start working,(I work from home), so I could be done early. Then the tireds crept up on me, then seriously, I had to take care of it. I don’t like coffee. The first place I thought of was Starbucks, it’s like, within seconds of here. I walked in, and was pleasantly greeted by a staff who were way more perkier than I. I ordered the new Coconut frappé, and they had it out to me within seconds. OH My… it tasted like a chocolate milkshake, and the coconut flavor was strong, and the whipped cream on top of it with toasted coconut on top of the whipped cream. All for only $ 3 something. I never ever in my life thought I’d like something with coffee in it, I was wrong. The caffeine hit the spot, and the calories took care of breakfast and lunch. I think I was as perky as the baristas this morning. To heck with McDonald’s for breakfast, I’ll be drinking mine from now on. I don’t prefer Starbucks, but it’s within seconds, no work time lost. And they were fast. I looked for the cake pops, but there weren’t any. I wanted to compare them with mine. all in all, a pretty cool place, good atmosphere, comfortable, and fast.

A good crew and good vibe during the day. The vibe changes at night but this is a function of the neighborhood that this SB serves. A very friendly and engaging staff. If you don’t like your drink they are more than happy to make it again.

After holding a year long grudge against this Starbucks, I decided to give them another try. Once again, I felt like I was invisible as I walked in the doors. It took them forever to acknowledge my existence. I had a hard time deciding what to get because I usually try to be creative, but didn’t want to confuse them. I could tell they were getting impatient because each of the 3 bariatas insisted several times that they could provide excellent suggestions. No thanks. I can create much better drinks than you can, dearest Starbucks baristas. One extra star than last time because they smiled… and they offered suggestions, though I didn’t want them. The mocha was gross. I gave you another chance, and you failed again.
