We are a mobile food truck serving Pecan Wood Smoked BBQ. We offer smoked baby back ribs, chopped brisket, pulled pork and hot links. We also offer home made baked beans, home made coleslaw, home made BBQ sauce, both hot and mild and now serving apple & hot apple flavored BBQ sauce. We also offer assorted soft drinks.

History

Established in 2012.

I started smoking meat over 18 years ago. Every time I would smoke for family and friends they would tell me that I needed to open up a restaurant. My wife and I kicked around the idea for quite some time. This food truck came up for sell in Missouri, built by my cousin, we drove over and looked at it, drove it home, remodeled the inside and here we are!
