I understand it’s fast food but come on! It’s slow and food is cold, fries barely warm. If u don’t have much employees at least make food better even if customers waiting!

Ever since they moved halfway down the block and got a fancy new building their service has gone to the dogs. The new, younger, employees seem to not know how to do their job, the food is cold, and it just isn’t worth it anymore. I have decided that giving this company my money is no longer a good idea.

The staff is VERY untrained, management is a JOKE and I bet the franchise owner is stupid. Ordered in drive through, they sent me to reserve one parking to bring out the rest of my order. 15 minutes later NOONE showed up, so I left. Second visit a week leter, gave me someone elses order AFTER I REPEATED the order 4 times in the speaker. Idiots, retards, very very unprofessional. They know your not going to come back to fix the order so they don’t worry about messing up. In fact, THEYCOUNTONIT !!! NEVERGOTHERE!!! 1225 S. Noland Road Independence, Missouri 64055. I’ve had the unfortunate experience of visiting this McDonalds for years as it is close to my office. I usually order a biscuit, folded egg, and cheese separately since it is cheaper than ordering a full breakfast sandwich with meat on it, then removing the meat or requesting no meat. Now they have changed their policy and you must order the more expensive sandwich. Why should I pay for something i’m not eating? Is it too much to ask for a sandwich with no meat on it, or heaven forbid, a TURKEY sausage? The service is very poor here, staff is untrained, they practically throw the food at you to get you out of there, and the order taker is on to the next order, ignoring you completely as she/he give you your change. Do not visit this«restaurant,» go on to the next one.

I was rolling down Noland RD when a got a cramp. The kind of cramp ones gets after eating at Mcdonald’s and drinking a Mclatte. The sudden surge of evil ready to spew forth from behind. I looked for a decent rest stop to empty the evil into the world and knew that Mcdonald’s actually cleans their restrooms on a semi regular basis. The bathroom was very nice, I even checked the cleaning schedule to verify it’s sanitary level. My movement was brief but very satisfying. As I left I wondered if I’d hit a new low by taking a dump on the golden arches.
