Best choice for mattress prices, quality and service. Seriously. We went everywhere, including Nebraska Furniture Mart. At Mattress City, we were able to exchange a mattress after two months with absolutely no hassle. You will feel like you are shopping at a friend’s store. The manager, Scott is great and provides rare customer service. Don’t let the location and name of this store fool you. I’m really glad we gave it a try.

Like Trecia who did the first review I was very impressed with this store and with the service. Scott, who is still the manager (he works Wed thru Sun by the way) was very helpful. I told him our price range and what we wanted and he showed me several beds. There was no pressure. I tried every bed in there while he talked to the hubby. Any questions I had about durability or contents of the mattress were answered and then I was left to do my thing. It was great not having a salesman breathing down your neck the whole time. There truly is no reason to go to a big chain store and pay a higher price when you have everything right in this one store.
In a nut shell, they have great customer service, a good selection and fantastic prices. I did quite a bit of research and I am really glad that we settled on this store. You can absolutely buy with confidence. And yes, they still donate your old mattress and box springs to charity. How many big chain stores do that?

I can’t believe I’m writing a review of a mattress store. When you get good service you wanna Unilocal about it. If I can get something for a good price I’m going for it. Hence my recent visit to purchase a mattress at a discount store and not NE furniture Mart. I know I can basically get the same thing, cheaper, somewhere besides the big chains and I really feel like this is what I got. I looked at a few discount stores and selected this store after Scott, the store manager, let me lounge, nap and basically take over the store for an afternoon. He was knowledgeable, helpful, not pushy, did I say not pushy… I was sold, pillow top and all. Delivery and removal of the old set is included in the price. They even donate the old bed to charity and you get the tax credit. Can you ask for more?
