DO NOT GO HERE!!! Last week I entered the store for the first time and was only browsing for 5 minutes when my brand new white purse was accosted by their resident cat and scratched. The manager was present and apologized and said she would have the owner call me. When I didn’t hear from her after a week, I called the store. The manager admitted what happened was not ok, but said there was nothing she could do and I would have to talk to the owner. When I finally did talk to the owner, (Brenda) it was a complete waste of time. She constantly interrupted me, repeated the same things over and over again that had nothing to do with the situation and was curt. Brenda flat out refused to replace my purse or offer any type of compensation and stated that purses are like shoes and neither stay pristine forever. She also stated that the purse was still functional, so it shouldn’t be a problem. I suppose if the cat had ripped the straps off, I might be in a better position. She also implied that I could be lying about when the scratches occurred (as if I would walk in the store, see they have a cat and blame the poor cat for some other cat’s handiwork). This owner obviously does not care about the safety and well being of her customers or their belongings and I would rather sew my own clothing than spend one cent in this store (I can’t sew at all by the way).

A word of advice, if you are coming to the shop on a weekend you should make an appointment. The do take walk-​ins but be prepared for a bit of a wait. BUT! While you’re waiting there are hundreds of swimsuits to look at!

I absolutely love Intimate Designs!!! Let me tell y’all how good God is for blessing me to be a valued customer of theirs. This past April, when I was much heavier, I bought 4 bras costing about $ 200. No surprise here because the bras are quality. However, because of my weight loss success, I swim in the bras now. They already offer free alterations so I decided to bring in all the bras. After my fitting, the owner was so troubled and felt alterations were impossible on 2 of the 4 bras so she offered to trade me TWO NEW bras that fit for the barely worn older ones!!! THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE! I encourage all women to do their bra and swimsuit shopping here!!! They will change your life!

FINALLY, a place that offers real advice and real help to women who have struggled with finding comfortable, effective bras. The prices are comparable to buying a quality product from J C Penney’s or Macy’s. And the selection isn’t the boring, industrial strength styles that come in white, beige or black that you will find in most ordinary places. I was amazed at what was on display in this great little store. All women deserve to feel pretty and desirable and still have the comfort they need to function every busy day of their lives. Love them. They didn’t oversell me, or even try, they showed me pretty options, and made notes in my client sheet about what I liked. The major difference for me (I’m a DDD-​E) is the underwire. I bought a bra from a competing store, and it’s like the wire is half the length, being half as effective. I won’t go anywhere else again.

Great store! I had been getting the wrong size all along. I was so happy with the bras they fit me with that I bought 4. They are very helpful and will always go out of there way to make sure your bra is doing what it supposed to.

This place is amazing! I went here to find a bra for my wedding dress. The lady was so helpful in finding great styles in the right fit. I felt like she was giving me the VIP service but that’s just how they treat their customers. You make an appointment/​sign in and they make sure the bra fits. No lip service here — just top-​notch customer service.

A few weeks ago, I watched 5 hours of What Not To Wear on a rainy day. Stacey told the woman, «Honey, I don’t want to say anything bad about the sweater, but it’s your BRA! You need a new bra. I’ll take you to a place that does bra fittings.»
I decided then and there that she was actually talking to me. I know good bras are expensive. A good bra will typically set you back 50 – 60 dollars. That isn’t what bothered me. What bothered me was bearing it all for a fitting. Being self conscious for everything including mammos, (hearing the echo…“Oh, a B. This might be uncomfortable” more than once), I shrugged off a professional fitting until I bought ill fitting bras at Macy’s. Enough was enough!
I gathered up my courage and went to Intimate Designs. I walked in, filled out some paperwork. The very nice lady was the one who fitted me. I was relieved. She was around my age, possibly younger and I was comfortable with her. She bought me into a dressing room, and there were bras left over from a previous customer that were a larger size than mine. She grabbed the tape measure, and I didn’t have to remove the bra I was wearing. They have bras of all sizes, and swimsuits and panties as well.
She measured around my rib cage… Oh Macy’s, I had the absolute correct size, but you had the wrong bra. I suddenly lost my self consciousness. She brought out 3 wonderful bras, all the same size as the ones I just returned to Macys. I changed right in front of the woman! Bared my breasts and tried each one on! If Oprah and Stacey does it, so can I. The bras she bought in to me, I loved.
All of then fit They felt like my old bras. She explained to me how to fit the bra, and how to adjust it. I was totally adjusting my girls wrong this entire time! I made it a promise to my self that with each paycheck, came one of the other bras. I bought a special cleaner, and I kept my older bra. It’s kind of new. She made note of the 3 bras I am interested in buying. With this new one, I’m donating 5 older ill fitting bras to the thrift store. I love my new bra. Love love love Intimate Designs!

Love, Love, Love this place. This is a store to buy bras, corsetes, swimsuits, etc.
They will give you a proper fitting and help you find just the right bra for each outfit you have. I have been going here for about 4 years. The great thing aboout them is they actually care about you.
They remember your name and what you bought last time you were in. They make repairs on the bras and other items. Lets admit it ladies we are not as nice to our bras as we should be and sometimes they need some TLC. I have had them repair popped closures, tears, had them take bras in and let them out again.
They have specialty bras for nursing and post surgery. I can not say enough good things about them.
They have items for every size. From tiny size 0 to size me which is, well let’s just say I love food. They have every size there is really they do.

What an experience! A store focused on ones naughty bits! Great friendly staff did a bra fitting and showed me tricks for getting the girls looking thier best! Best of all, they will help you custom fit a swimsuit! They have lots and lots of styles and colors and sizes. Everything from waif to real girl to whole lotta woman. It’s not cheap, but if you want a quality suit, it’s totally worth it. Im so glad someone turned me onto this place. I will totally be back for bras, undies and lingerie.
