The facility is beautiful. I like that the lounge is on the main floor, the lady that works in the lounge is kind hearted and very helpful. Here is where I have a problem, during the wake there were no attendants anywhere. The line was long(one hour wait) and I felt that assistance was needed to keeps things moving along. I could not find anyone around for help. Now here is where things get unbelievable the next day after the funeral our car did not get a flag. Now mind you we were immediate family members and pallbearer so we were a little late getting in line. I ran out to ask the man if he had a flag. His answer was no, I’m out, like I was a child asking for a candy bar. So no flag. But then 2 minutes later he was handing out more. As we were driving out of the parking lot I slowed down and asked the same man for a flag. He yelled at me get your lights on and get out. Again I said I need a flag,(he had 4 on his van). He pointed at the road and said«Get out!». My husband and two young daughters were in the car. Just getting out of the funeral we were all still upset and yet we had to endure this ruthless ignorant heartless employee. Now during the Funeral line, I got stuck in a nearby intersection, a truck comes at me and flips me the bird because he thought I ran a red light. I mouth and pointed at the other cars FUNERAL. Do you know what he yelled back? «Where’s your flag??». I kid you not. Hence the reason for the flag. Later back at the funeral home during the luncheon which was very nice and organized, another employee(manager?) Came to me and apologized because that person is always very cordial. I had a hard time believing that I just think that nobody’s ever complained about him yet.
