Established in 2009.
The Centerpoint Community Ice Rink opened in 2009 along with the Independence Events Center. It has become one of the finest ice skating facilities in the Midwest by providing a year-round sheet of ice for youth and adult hockey players, figure skaters and those wanting to learn how to ice skate.
