BASELINE Design is a freelance design company based out of Kansas City. We have just recently rebranded and changed our look! Formally Ashley Aesthetics, Owner A. Payne has been designing for professional broadcasting companies, Universities, & independent and small businesses since 2010. There is no client too big or too small and everyone is as important as the other!
