Amy’s Nail Salon

I’ve been multiple times. My most recent visit was this past Friday. I got a deluxe pedicure ($ 33+ $ 5 tip) Everything was going great. I was the only one getting a pedicure, but one lady got a polish change. Her nail tech gave her the pedi slippers so your toe nails can dry. Well it came time for my toes to get their paint. My tech (Red), polish them. They looked great. But she just had me sitting their waiting 10 minutes. No pedi slippers. She touched them. Told me I was ok to put my shoes on. I wasn’t felt welcome to stay any longer to wait. Red was too busy on her phone. I wasn’t sure but I did anyway. Needless to say, I was correct. When I got home, of which is only 5 minutes away. My toe polish looked horrid. I tried to contact thme, to rectify the situation, but no responded back to me. I will not be back any longer. I was a regular for 6 months, going every 2 weeks for shellac. I was taking a break since I broke my foot and had to stay home.

Clean and pleasant salon, where each member of the staff seems to be very competent and pays close attention to each nail. I get my nails done regularly and I came in here after walking out of a different place (first walkout in my life), and I ended up with one of the most beautiful mani/​pedis I’ve had. My nails looked great for weeks and never required more filing or maintenance. Have now had two full manicures with shellac polish, and two deluxe pedicures, by four different technicians. I was extremely satisfied with all and will definitely be back. A bonus that it’s great to support a woman-​owned small business in my area!

I went to get acrylics done here about a month ago. Did it in a fair amount of time but it was quite possibly the worst job I’ve ever had done. All the nails were sloppy and some weren’t even filled in completely. The wrong sizes for the tips were chosen on some… I will never be back.

Still going to Amy’s Nail Salon and really like it there. You really need to try to make an appointment or you might be waiting a bit. Also they are not open on Sunday but I can respect the fact that the owner values some family time. I really like that the tools they use come out of a sterilization bag so you know they are fungus free. I feel they want you to have healthy and pretty nails not just pretty nails. That means a lot to me!

DO NOT GO HERE! My sister and I went in to get our nails done. We are both license cosmos. They use dirty files. When they were asked about using dirty files things then got out of control. We were locked in the salon and not permitted to leave till we paid. When asked what we owed. One person said $ 5 another said $ 10. We asked for them to show us their license and was refused. We were able to get out. Two employees followed us to our car. One stood behind our car and would not allow us to leave. The male employee got into my sisters face and made threats to beat her up. Which we were able to get everything on video. They said they would call the police and never did. So we called the police and made a report. Just to be clear, we did pay for the services and left peacefully and was still followed to our car and threaten as if being locked in their store wasn’t horrifying enough. We plan to take them to court and prosecute to the fullest. No one should have to feel threaten they way we were. Do not go here!

I love this place! They’re very friendly and do amazing nails! I’ve brought in designs I’ve found on pinterest and they always do then perfect! They’re prices are pretty great too :)

Really liked the experienced over all, my nails are super cute! And I found it quite inexpensive as well, had a lady named vong who I thought was quite articular to get there and make my nails/​manicure great

Well, how do I start. I’m sitting here waiting. I had an 11:30a appointment. I was here yesterday on my lunch. They moved locations and didn’t tell me that on the phone. It took me 15 minutes to find the place. They didn’t help me immediately even when I told them I was on my lunch and already running late bc they didn’t care to tell me they moved locations. A woman said I could go before her and they said no and still didn’t help me. So they were in the middle of doing my nails and I had to leave to make it back to work on time with half finished nails. I’m here today only because they said they would paint for free. My overall experience was pretty poor. But I will say Amy did end up taking care of the mistake and finished my nails at no charge. If you want to go somewhere to get your nails done good, Amy’s is the place, just needs a little help in the customer service area.

Amy’s Nail Salon is a great place for a mani or pedi! Very friendly staff, quick, inexpensive, and they do a great job every time! Highly recommended.
