Thank you. Although I am very upset at what showed up at my wife’s work as a Valentine’s Day surprise. I expressed what I wanted and gave examples from your website. I was told that you would come up with something off of that and led me away from exactly what’s online. It’s Valentine’s Day for my wife and not one Red Rose? Not one star gazer or similar a Lilly? What she was delivered looks like somethings I’d give to my secretary. After this I would appreciate that you take my information out of your system as I’m actually embarrassed that she received this bland bouquet of miscellaneous flowers, which only the thought of buying flowers expresses a Valentine theme. Good day

Good price, I ordered to be delivered the night before, I called to make sure they would be delivered before my GF got off work, she assured me that she put a note in the system to make sure they were at her work early. They got there before 11 and look great. Recommend for anyone for any occasion. And they threw in a $ 20 gift card to a spa.

THANK YOU Alissa’s!!! I waited to the last minute — why??? Because I’m a man!!! I called Alissa’s late morning for a local birthday floral delivery I needed made to my Fiancée’s office before 4PM. The customer service was fabulous — the price was competitive and reasonable — (((HOWEVER))) — not only were the dozen red roses delivered by 4:00, my Fiancée raved about how they were some of the largest, most beautiful, full roses she’d ever seen!!! My gratitude to the women at Alissa’s, not only for indulging my last minute order — but for making me look like a hero in the process… You’ve EARNED my loyalty — CHEERS!!!

****** UPDATE May 15 2015. The owner called me and apologized for the substitution and offered me a number of solutions to make it right. She is sending a fresh and new bouquet of flowers (she offered to send it at any time of the year). I am changing my rating to 5 stars because of the fantastic customer service I received. Thanks to Aline the owner. I am happy to use this florist again. **********
I ordered flowers for Mother’s Day. Using the picture on the website, I ordered the Queen’s Court by Teleflora. What was delivered was nowhere near what I ordered. When I called to complain, their answer was that the spray roses were not available but they used different roses so that the bouquet was the same value. While I understand that this would be acceptable for other customers, had I known this, I would have ordered something different. The order totaled $ 120.00. They offered to have my mom bring the bouquet in and put in spray roses next week. That’s not a solution. They didn’t offer another bouquet to make up for the inadequacy of their bouquet nor did they offer me a refund of any amount. Had they offered some (not all my money back, just enough to make up for the discrepancy) money back given my displeasure, they might have kept this customer. I obviously am willing to spend a fair amount on flowers but will not be using Alissa’s again.
