A&M cleaners is no more than a 2 star
Let me explain I have had nothing but bad luck with them this is by the numbers
1. They are nice Asian couple but they speak a very broken English which makes it hard to understand them and for them to understand you
2. They do not know what medium starch is… my dress shirt and other shirts could almost stand on their own because it is heavy starch, definitely not medium. .and it was poorly ironed afterwards
3. More than once I or my wife have had issues with this place. The most recent was I got home and the day of the funeral I pulled my suit out an had a 20 dollar pair of slacks with a 400 dollar tailored suit. so I run down there 20 minutes before we had to leave and luckily the other guys clothes were still there and I got my pants back
4. This place is clearly disorganized and run very poorly and is rarely busy. mi wish Ford-​Ideal would buy this cleaners
5. I have other stories from others I know who they have screwed up wedding, homecoming and prom dresses
Will I be back after giving them multiple opportunities to get it right… HELL NO!
Only problem I have now is finding a good cleaners in Independence
