Borelli Architecture is a Lake Tahoe architectural firm located in Incline Village, Nevada. The firm works closely with clients to provide innovative design solutions which are truly a reflection of their lifestyle and personal tastes.

Meet the Business Owner

James B.

Business Owner

James P. Borelli has resided in Incline Village for 30 years and during this time has practiced professionally as an architect, concentrating on single-​family and multi-​family custom residential design projects, as well as commercial developments. Having worked almost exclusively in the Lake Tahoe Basin, he is well versed in the principles of architectural design for alpine environments. With years of local expertise, James is very familiar with the requirements of the various project review agencies and has extensive experience in dealing with the Tahoe Regional Planning Agency.

James holds a Bachelor of Architecture from the University of California Berkeley and is a licensed architect in both Nevada and California and is a LEED AP. He has served in a volunteer position on the Incline Village Architectural Committee from 1992 to 2007. During his residency in Incline Village, he has served as architect on a number of high quality residential and commercial projects.
