I stumbled upon this place while killing an afternoon after the XTERRA race in Incline Village. It’s right across from the Hyatt. What a cute little store. They have tons of wine selections, the ones I saw were on the pricey side, though. But, they have a great chocolate selection. I’m always looking for different chocolates to try with a high cacao content. I found a great one… Bernard Castelian from France. The guy working there also had some tips on how to preserve the chocolate.
