History

Established in 2014.

AIM was founded by attorney Jeffrey Marsocci who has over 18 years of superior estate planning experience. Jeffrey teamed up with Kelly Isensee and Zoe Avery who have over 20 years of combined marketing and business building experience, most of which comes in the estate planning industry.

Jeff struggled for many years trying to make his practice profitable. It was only after he made some radical changes to the way he branded himself, the way he marketed his practice, and the way he ran his office that he saw dramatic changes in revenue. Not to mention great reductions in stress.

Recognizing more estate planning attorneys could benefit from the same changes, he co-​founded AIM Training Systems and designed a step-​by-​step system to help more attorneys benefit from the same transformations.
