History

Established in 2011.

The Law Office of Timothy Jones was formed in 2011 to meet the legal needs of individuals and businesses in the Idaho Falls area. Initially located across the street from City Hall in Shelley, a new location was opened in downtown Idaho Falls in January 2013. The Shelley location was closed in May 2014, although Timothy Jones is still involved in the Shelley community, including membership and leadership roles in the Shelley Kiwanis (he was President of the Shelley Kiwanis in ²⁰¹⁴⁄₂₀₁₅). The Idaho Falls office remains a central location for your legal needs.

Meet the Business Owner

Tim J.

Business Owner

Tim Jones lives in Shelley with his wife and their two children. He attended the University of Cincinnati College of Law, where he graduated in the top 20% of his class. During the last two years of law school he served on the law school’s Law Review and did legal research, wrote complaints, and performed other duties for Burg Simpson, a national law firm. He holds undergraduate degrees in Biology from BYU and in Biology Education from Utah Valley University. Prior to law school he taught biology in Idaho Falls and worked as a sleep technologist in Utah and California.
