F.I.T.T. PIT

I really can’t say enough good things about The FITT Pit. Dre and Orlando have changed my life. I am not an athlete but they are turning me into one. I cannot believe the physical transformation my body is undertaking, I see progress every week. My membership to the Pit is the best money I spend every month. I also can’t say enough about the community created at the Pit. Everyone is so friendly and encouraging. It’s awesome.

I will start off with saying I am not an athlete. Exercise has always been a chore for me. A friend had been going to see Andre, at the F.I.T.T. PIT and had lost almost 4 inches in the first 3 months. I had to try this. I am not going to lie, it is expensive, I pay $ 300 a month for 12 sessions, but it is worth it. Its personal training! Andre has groups of up to 5 people max. You may not all be doing the same thing, it is still geared to you individually.
As you can see in some of my other reviews, i have been to other «judgement free» gyms, and have felt uncomfortable from the first step in. With these small groups, we are all doing what we can, and from watching the other people there I am inspired to be a better me. No one is judging you, if you are struggling, you are encouraged and cheered on by everyone. It’s like being on a team, a fantastic fat loss, get strong team! I love it there. I love Andre, my fellow exercise buddies, I love how I feel, I love the changes in my body, I love the constant encouragement, I love being stronger, and I love saying I work out here. In my first 3 months, even with going on vacation, I have lost 10lbs, 4 inches on my waste, and dropped my body fat by almost 10%! I can’t say enough about this place and how much I love it.

Trainers always lead you in the right direction. You get pushed past your limits and are shown what needs to be corrected with each exercise. No matter what your physical abilities are expect to be pushed to the limit. Besides the actual training there the facility is great. Always clean and a good amount of room for all exercises. Easy parking is also a plus!

Boot camp is AMAZING, I love it because Constantine changes it up and you don’t do the same thing for a long period of time. My calories burned is just as good as a spin class, the music, the wall colors are nice, place to hang coat and belongings, place to park, other people in class are nice, lots of different exercises to challenge me, positive re-​enforcement, it is a black owned business and it is a positive place. I love it!!! Thank you and congrats Andre, you said you were going to do it and you did it!!! I am FEARLESSLY FITT:) Well… I am on my way:) I also feel stronger already!!!

I recommend Dre 100%. He is passionate, knowledgeable and creative. His positive energy rubs off on his clients. I have been participating in his F.I.T.T. Body Bootcamp for a couple years now. The bootcamp is the best I have been to. It is hard work, but Dre also makes it fun, in a nice group setting. I dropped my gym membership because between running outside, the community pool and Dre’s bootcamp, I don’t need a gym. This certainly beats working out alone in a gym any way. Regular participation in F.I.T.T. Bootcamp has helped me strengthen up and have more energy.

Andre is dedicated and will push you hard! Be prepared to work hard and you will see results
