Bay State Laundry and Linen

Ok, so our company worked with Royal White Towel before it was bought by Bay State Linen. Royal white was an exceptional company — never had one issue with them.
Bay state linen has been an atrocious company to work with!!! Find another vendor before your ever opt to go with these guys.
Our towels have consistently gone missing. First the general manager told me he would figure out where they went, then he said he didn’t know, then he blamed it on the delivery driver. Then he told me he would order more because he doesn’t know where they are. (Mind you this all happens by me calling him because I haven’t heard from him and we have no towels.) Just now I got off the phone with him and he told me that I was responsible for losing all 100 of our washcloths, towels and hand towels. He has blatantly lied to me saying things like «oh I just got in an order of the best wash cloths that the princess uses at the 4 seasons» and then never delivers them, or «your delivery driver will be there FIRST thing tomorrow morning» and the delivery driver doesn’t come for days.
I can’t say it enough — do not work with this company.
