Poor customer service, feels like your interrupting them. I either wait for a long period or break up their huddle. Has happened a few times at this store. Good coffee, poor service.

I had a 30 minute break and I’m the second Watson in line! Why did I gave to wait 20 minutes for a coffee if there is two servers!!! One is taking her time and serving while the other is cleaning while I’m standing there?! It’s only 5:30 nonsense won’t give u guys any of my money again

This store located in the Target in PG Plaza is absolutely the worst Starbucks I have ever encountered. Usually, at Starbucks I can expect adequate coffee, and decent customer service and efficiency. But this store consistently falls short. Every time I go in here, the employees go through these basic motions: 1.No greeting. 2. They say«What do you want?» 3. Fumble around for a moment with their register, talk with the barista for a moment and I’m not just talking about relaying the drink order here. 4. They stand there and look at me until I give them money or insert my card in the reader. They never read me my total or repeat my order back to me. 5. They stand there and look at me some more while my receipt prints, then reach over their giant register(instead of beside it where there’s a lower counter) and basically throw the receipt at me. 6. Move on to the next customer. The worst part of this experience is that they absolutely never smile and have made me the wrong drink so often it’s not even funny. They often don’t even come close. Occassionally I get a decent cup of coffee out of it, but honestly, I mostly end up with a misto using scalded milk and stale coffee that really just tastes horrible. I’ve tried asking for my money back and I’m simply met with«well that’s what you ordered, there’s nothing wrong with it.» Just a final note here: They are never busy when I go through there. There’s usually maybe one other person in line and it’s pretty dead. Still they can’t find it in themselves to care just a little to make a halfway decent drink.
