I went to Dr. Bronstein and he looked at things other dentists never looked at, like my neck and tongue. Very thorough exammination. Friendly staff, clean office. He makes sure you are happy with his services. He does take walk-​ins when time is available.

In my short time of being a patient at Dr. Bronstein’s practice, Dr. Bronstein was always nice and polite to me. I did not have dental insurance at the time, but he seemed to do his best to help me out. It was still expensive, don’t get me wrong, but he seemed to try.
I did have to make two appts to get my first teeth cleaning, as mentioned by another reviewer. Yes, it cost to go twice.
I ended up having to have a cavity filled. Dr. Bronstein used old school techniques, drill and all. I was not used to this, because, as a near 30 year old, I’ve always had laser technology for cavity fillings. I expected a little pain and was well on my way. When I called the practice back to let them know I was still in pain 2 weeks later and was concerned, I was told the message would get passed along to Dr. Bronstein. I called back several times with the same concern, and never got a response.
I made the choice then to seek a new practice. When I called for the practice to send my records to my new dentist, the office staff told me I would have to pay a fee. My new dentist was shocked, and even called on my behalf to obtain the records. They told me later that they, too, were having a hard time connecting with Dr. Bronstein’s office.
I really wanted to like this practice. Dr. Bronstein seemed like an alright guy. I think there is definite room for improvement though. No one should have to call several times to report pain and not receive a response.

This place might be ok if you have an emergency but is not where you should go for a routine checkup. I called to make an appointment which wasn’t an issue. I wasn’t told that the checkup is a 2 part process. I got x-​rayed and had my gums checked. Then I was told I was done. When I said I wanted my teeth cleaned I was told to come back. I went to the reception area to make another appointment I was told that I’d have to pay for a full appointment again the next time I came in.
When I spoke up about my disappointment in this process, one of the ladies immediately got on the defensive and with some serious attitude. She said it’s their policy to have cleaning done on the second appointment and would not apologize or back down when I calmly explained I wasn’t told this as I was making my appointment.
I haven’t ever experienced anything quite like this office, with me standing at reception getting chewed out for a mistake that their reception people made. This place is awful. Absolutely rude and inefficient employees. Avoid!

I went and had a chipped tooth fixed. I was in and out in less than an hour.
