Arby’s

Service was good, but the place is not very clean. If you already like Arbys, then this wont improve your opinion of the company.

Ask for the daily specials. Usually have a good special on multiple sandwiches.
Fast and good food.

This your typical Arby’s fast food joint with their regular brand menu offerings. As an occasional to seldom junk food eater I’ve over the years dutifully tried everything on their menu at least once. Somehow I don’t think they’re as good as they once were — in general. So as to make it easy to gage each of these places, if and when I do try them, I’ve devised a scale of 1 to 5 with 1 being outright down and dirty nasty, and 5 being the best a fast food joint can be! I gage: cleanliness; service; product quality; convenience; accessibility; taste and the personnel’s attitude. This place scores 4.0 of 5. I may be coming back here although I don’t highly recommend it!

Friendliest restaurant staff ever. They were all extremely welcoming and helpful which was totally unexpected based on the average fast food experience. Every member of the staff that I came in contact with greeted me with a smile and friendly saying, and this may sound weird, but it felt like they actually meant it. I could tell that they took pride in their work and that they actually cared about the location because it was spotless and felt very cozy with the comfortable, modern furniture and art work. I have never been a big fan of roast beef, but after my experience at this location, I will 100% be choosing to dine at Arby’s over other fast food locations because of the service, cleanliness, and my new found love of their delicious roast beef.

I’ve eaten a lot of fast food. I’ve been to more than a few Arby’s locations. I also lived in this neighborhood before it was as run down as it is now, so I can’t say I was expecting much… but I was hungry… and how bad could they mess up a roast beef sandwich, right?!
I’ve been here twice now and I’ll be back. Here’s why:
GREETING: The people there looked me in the eye and smiled with a greeting in preparation for taking my order. That just doesn’t happen often anymore.
SPEED: The order was taken and filled VERY fast. It’s FAST FOOD, right? Not everywhere I’ve been in the last 10 – 15 years. This Arby’s makes it happen quickly.
QUALITY: I’ve gotten a lot of fast food orders that looked so obviously thoughtlessly prepared I was almost afraid to eat the product I’d just purchased. This Arby’s not only made my food FAST, but they make it look very appealing – fresh, neat, etc.
I recommend you get your next roast beef sandwich right here. Oh, and when you’re leaving, make sure you ring the bell!

This is the best Arby’s I’ve ever been to. Most of them are pretty good but this one is well kept and clean. The food is always fresh and the customer service is much better than you would ever expect from a fast food restaurant. I agree with the other Unilocaler Stella C. who mentioned Celina. This young woman is very helpful and very positive. Again much above what you would expect from a fast food restaurant. I sure hope she is paid decently as she obviously takes responsibility to do the best she can for the customers. There is another young guy who is tall and slim who took my order once who was also helpful. I think he is the manager or atleast one of them. I can’t really say I’ve had a negative encounter with any of them but Celina definantly deserves a bell ring when you leave. The one by the door to salute good service. You ding it and they all chant a «your welcome» chant.
Also the well kept lobby is nicely lit and decorated. I realize it has only been open for about 6 months but hopefully they keep doing well with the upkeep.
Tip: this location is key if you are leaving any of the night clubs that are in the same center. I can’t remember what time this Arby’s closes but if you catch it in time it goes down well after some drinking and dancing.

Good Food and Good Service
This Arbie’s has been open since August 2012 and delivers delicious food with great customer service people. I freely admit, that my husband and I have ate there multiple times and have tried some of the following: Philly Steak, French Dip, Angus Roast beef, Bacon n Cheddar, curly fries, cinnabites, and the Au jus dipping sauce. My husband and I have probably been there enough times that some of the customer service people recognize us. However, many of them are nice to us and I would have to say that Celina is one of the nicest among the workers. No matter what we ask for or when we visit, she is both friendly and delivers the order in a professional manner. She is also expedient and understanding with making sure that I have everything in the order that was requested. My husband’s favorite sandwiches are usually either the French dip or the regular roast beef. The Philly Steak is my favorite sandwich. «Arbies» is definitely recommended if you want tasty food at fair prices.
