BEWAREOFTHEQUALITYOFTHIERPRODUCTS!!! I bought bamboo flooring because it was one of the hardest woods on the market. The floor was installed in November(not summer, not winter) and was acclimated sufficiently. Every winter the floor gaps A LOT! The largest gap is right in the entryway. The sides that abut the walls gap severely too. When I complained they blamed the installer, but in the summer the floor is perfect. BOTTOMLINE, the product contracts and expands so severely that it causes these huge gaps for half of the year. IT’S NOTWORTHSAVING A FEWBUCKS! Go get quality product elsewhere.

Brazilian Cherry is a very hard reddish wood and has been fairly popular for many years now. We added two rooms of this flooring from LL to an existing floor by a different supplier installed a few years ago– also Brazilian Cherry. The new floor looks pretty bad compared to the old. The color quickly changed on many boards in just a few weeks and now the new LL floor looks like a patchwork of scrap wood compared to what we already had. We spent close to $ 7000 for this mess…

Outstanding sales people and very quick service. We bought a cherry butcherblock countertop and are very happy with everything.
