I returned shoes to the Hyannis store, and forgot to take my Dr Schol’s inserts out. When I had called they said the shoes have already been shipped back to HQ, but said they would work on it.
Hyannis J Crew tracked the package, had it rerouted BACK to their store, and shipped the inserts to my house!!!
This is a textbook example of customer service which in turn makes me a loyal customer to both the store and the brand as a whole. WAY TO GO!

Jcrew Hyannis location has been nothing but rude EVERY-​time I go in. The employees are very snobby and why I’m not sure? That will be my last time ever going there not worth it. I have never seen them smile or even say hello. It’s almost like your bothering them that you came in. Customer service is so so bad. It makes me not want to purchase from jcrew

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. The «Associates» here believe they are above the customers (when in all reality they are retail sales associates) and ignore everyone when they walk in/​are shopping. They all have a rude snotty look and I will never return to this location.

I have been a JC customer online for about 20 years and when at the Cape Cod Mall, pop in to check out the new line and the sale racks. My daughter and I had super success finding a nice Anorak and a great sweater. Prices are high but the stuff lasts. I have JC sweaters 20 years old I still wear. The sales associates are amazing.
