This was just pure chance that I stumbled upon TLC but am I happy I did! I just so happened to be behind one of the trucks going down 79. They offered me a quote while I was driving behind one of their trucks and true to their word I had my brand new windshield installed for the exact same price they quoted me. Which was over one hundred dollars less than anyone else I had found. They came to my house and the whole service was done in under thirty minutes! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!

My windshield had cracked in two separate spots and needed to be replaced. I called and was able to get a quote over the phone and schedule to have the repair done within a day. John called me 30 minutes before he arrived and replaced my windshield within 30 minutes. Honestly it was the easiest service I have ever had done. Also he replaced all of my stickers on my windshield. Excellent customer service and a very reasonable price. Thank you so much for my new windshield.

John came out to my home and repaired my windshield right in my driveway. He was quick (less than an hour) and very thorough (especially, with my model car). He was also professional and very courteous. I found him through other positive online reviews. It’s been a couple of months since my repair and I’m happy to report that my new windshield has not given me any trouble since. Though severe rainstorms, car washes and freeway driving, it’s held up nicely with no leaks or wind noise. I highly recommend him to anyone.

great company! My windshield nearly shattered by someone throwing something off a bridge in Austin. I was scared and upset. I called him around dinner time and he was nice and professional. He was at my house to fix it at 9am the very next morning! Price was also great! Highly recommend!

I highly recommend TLC. John was professional, friendly and efficient. John checked the year of the car before he started and discovered that I accidentally gave him the wrong year. John had to drive and get the proper windshield for the correct year. I felt horrible for the extra time it took him due to my mistake but he was kind and understanding.

I was incredibly impressed with the customer service and quality of work that was done on my suburban. when i called, John immeadiately called back, set up a time and then showed up on time. he answered my questions and even allowed my kids to watch him do the work. his prices were below that of major name companies and he came to my house to do the work. he exceeded every expectation.

Ok well John came and was on time. He did an awesome job and completed it in about an hour and it looks great! Super professional and the total for my Discovery Landrover windshield With the molding was $ 173. This was a lot less than the others repair shops out there, many of which are on this site, in one instance, it was $ 200 less!
