Very Horrible service! I waited 35 minutes for 4 jr deluxe hamburgers and never received my meal. While I was waiting I press the button to see what was going on and the manager rudely disconnected me and cut me off and never brought my meal. Very slow service and horrible people skills

Served Rotten Food. This is the first time this has ever happened to me I was served a Country Fried Chicken Sandwich with rotten lettuce on it. The Lettuce was dark green and slimy it looked gross and there was no tomato on my sandwich as well. I called the Sonic to let them know to check the lettuce I talked with Fey if that was his real name. Oh guess what the manager just left and would not be back until Monday, really I told him what happen and he said that it was me and that there lettuce was fine. That was all he said just that. did not say he was sorry for my bad experience or anything. Would not give me the Sonic managers name and would not give me any other person to talk to. I call the 866 Sonic Customer service line and told them about what happen. I am supposed to get a call in two or three business day from upper management. We will see if that happens. I also called the Williamson County Health Department and put in a formal complaint with them.

Never coming here again and I love sonic. Just ordered the all new cheesy bacon footling and tots that’s supposed to be a $ 3.99 special. I got charged $ 4.09 for it and I didn’t get my tots. Not only that but they put sliced cheese on it when you’re clearly supposed to use a nacho style cheese. Also, I waited 30 minutes. So much for FAST food. Ridiculous.

I LOVE coming to sonic, I just HATE how there are about 5 employees running the whole place & are running around trying to serve about 20 cars at once. They need to hire more people, bottom line. The employees are over worked, & are doing their absolute best to put a smile on customers faces while taking a million orders at the same time. To the employees, keep up the hard work!

I have to agree that this is the worst Sonic I’ve been to. It takes a really llooonnngg time to get your food. I once waited 20 minutes for a soda. I would have left, but I had already paid for it. And when you do finally get your food, it is almost always cold or missing items.(For example, today my cheeseburger was undercooked and my wife’s mozzarella sticks weren’t even there.) The car hops are friendly. That is the only positive thing I can say.

Ugh this is probably the worst Sonic we’ve ever been to and it’s the only one in Hutto. Service always takes an excruciatingly long time for even just drinks. The times we’ve gotten food, one of us always gets sick. We decided to only get drinks after the last food incident. The drinks take between 15 – 30 mins for two… We called the store after the last visit(30 mins on the nose for 2 sprites). The manager was very kind and apologetic and clearly had a long night. He confirmed my belief that this place is understaffed and just staffed by bad people who don’t always show up for work :( I write this review now because despite the last visit being refunded and the manager offering to buy our next meal, every visit prior has always taken a ridiculous amount of time. They have us excited coupons one time for the long wait :/This sonic needs some solid staffing. Good luck!

We needed a quick dinner and this was where we landed. We should have went elsewhere. The packaging stuck to the chili cheese dog and the chili cheese fries, so all of the cheese peeled right off. The burger was mediocre and also stuck to the packaging; and the cherry limeade had no cherry(go figure). The only thing that came out looking appealing was the diet coke. They made improvements in the monitors but not the food.

I come here every morning and get a Rt44 tea, they know my car and have it out to me almost as soon as I pull up. The car hops are all very friendly.

Twice more since my last review I tried this Sonic. If you only have an hour for lunch, you’ll spend 25 minutes waiting on food and the order will be wrong. I went back for a drink tonight and waited 20 minutes and no drink. 4 cars there. I left, I couldn’t wait any longer. From now on I’m going to pretend Hutto doesn’t have a Sonic and go elsewhere. They should just close this location. AWFULSERVICE.

The hop named Lauren just absolutely made a stressful day into one that ended with smiles. We came in for late evening drinks after a long day in Austin. The place was very busy and therefore it was a long wait on our drinks. However, out comes Lauren, gliding like a pro on her roller skates, with a huge smile and sincere apologies. We aren’t a family who sweats the small stuff like waiting longer so it wasn’t a big deal to us. However, she asked us if she could make us something else on the house. We declined but she insisted. We told her to surprise us and she surely did with a few drinks we had never heard nor thought of. Yes, the wait is long here but with Lauren there, we will certainly become regulars with hopefully many more surprise flavor experiences.

Sonic is a great quick fast food resteraunt. The Hutto location is nice, due to the small town feel. But it is Sonic, so if you don’t like Sonic food, probably not the place for you. I like the Milkshakes and chili cheese tater tots!

Seriously, go somewhere else. But you like Sonic you say? Yeah, not this one. Gave me food poisoning in February(I’m ex food service management, I KNOW it was from Sonic) that laid me out for 2 days and was weeks before I was back to normal. I have sat at the drive-thru order board for several minutes while the staff was visibly goofing off inside. Order may or may not be right. High staff turn-over, so you know it sucks behind the scenes too. Ordered a Reese’s Blast with extra Reese’s… got a runny and flavorless slop with an amount of Reese’s that wouldn’t meet the minimum much less the EXTRA I ordered and PAID for. Seriously, skip this Sonic.
