Made fresh with yogurt that has been hand-​set with live, active culture and real fruit, vegetable or spice, the ice-​cold lassis soothe your stomach, quench your thirst and counter the effects of antibiotics on your system.

Depending on the flavor, the lassi is approx 225 calories with less than 19% fat for each 11 oz cup. The lassi provides valuable probiotics and 1⁄3rd of daily calcium requirements. A great breakfast-​on-​the-​go!

Wow-​really tasty. Why not 5 star??? It cost 1.79−1.99 depend on where you get it. It only 6 ounce. I got the strawberry and it one of the best I tasted.

I hadn’t heard of this brand before spotting it at Central Market today. I am a sucker for anything rose flavor so of course I had to try it. I am sorry now that I only bought one! Honestly the tastiest lassi I’ve ever tried and I look forward to sampling the other flavors.

This is all i have to say. Jaya used to cook for me when she lived in Madison, and I miss her so much that I will fly to Austin this summer (yes! SUMMER) to drink her amazing Lassi. If I was in Austin all the time, I would buy her OUT of her Sassy Lassi. I am doing everything I can to make sure her amazing product is in ALL Whole Foods locations as soon as possible.

Jaya the proprietor of Sassy Lassi sent me a super sweet message last month thanking me for my review and letting me know her super healthy «crack» Lassis would soon be available 7 days a week at both Austin Whole Foods Markets!!! I stalked the dairy section like an addict for weeks waiting.
Then at last this past Monday her son was serving up samples in the food court! I was so excited I grabbed a friend who had a high calorie smoothie in hand and made her try a sample! Rebecca is now also a convert to this super healthy probiotic yogurt real fruit pulp drink!
I have not had a smoothie in years so not sure the going price but I know they can pack a punch as far as calories go. Sassy Lassi’s 12oz Mango Lassi is only 3.99 and 250 calories for the whole 2 serving bottle!
Find it on the top shelf in the dairy section at Whole Foods!
