Do not use this business! We had a rancid odor coming from the attic and suspected we had a dead rat or squirrel. We called A All Animal Control and they said they had tools to locate and dispose of the dead animal for $ 172. They would assess the situation and advise us what needed to be done. Rich comes out and after rooting around in the attic for 40 minutes comes down and claims he can’t find anything dead but uses the terminology, «your attic is infested» and claims he saw at least 4 live ones scurrying around. Then wanted an additional $ 855 to setup the barrier in the attic to keep em in/out, and then additional fees to trap them, and then $ 8,000.00 to vacuum the insulation and re-insulate. We had two other companies evaluate the home, both provided«free» assessment. Both indicated there were signs of critters in the attic, but neither used the term«infested» or claimed they saw anything. After spending the money with another company to fix the attic barrier and to «trap it» for a week, not a single critter was caught or trapped. Clearly there was evidence that we had something in the attic, but there are no signs of animals getting into the walls, or ventilation, and at this point it’s clear there is/was nothing live and present in the attic. It was unprofessional to use the term«infested» and to claim seeing 4 live rats, to elicit a response to spend an exaggerated bid with them to clean up the mess. Use another company, these guys are not trustworthy.

i thought i wrote this review some time ago but it must have slipped thou the cracks . there was a scratching and thumping noise in the attic one evening .as neither i or my wife believe in ghosts. we figured there must be some warm bodied creature up there . called AA A;; ANIMALCONTROL about 2 am and around 7 am rick and nick were at our home . after inspecting the attic and surveying the grounds we got the news, a raccoon had made a nest and delivered her young up in the roof and in the process had distroyed almost all of our air ducts as well as deficating on the installation no wonder the house was unusually warm . they set traps one way up on the extract vent they informed us to call ASAP as soon as we had reason to believe we had her securely imprisoned in the cage sat night we heard a kinda Unilocaling from the roof and there she was caught in the trap as she was leaving the home to take a nightly roam . we called and they arrived around 8 am sun morn removed the animal searched for any other young raccoons(kit) but it appeared the young had long gone from the nest 3 visits were needed that also included securing the area around vents chimneys and gables so as to prevent the incident happening again , very good prompt service by 2 profesionals who knew what they were looking for. first class job, recommended if you are unfortunate enough to have some unwanted animal take up residence in your home the repairs to the A/C ducts &removal and replacing of the insulation are covered in other reviews,
