History

Established in 1994.

Our company was started in 1994 by Don McConnaughy under the name Don’s Plumbing, Heating and Air conditioning. Don’s primary business was serving residential plumbing and air conditioning clients and was also heavily involved in commercial new construction throughout Hutchinson. Don’s did a variety of residential work including the installation of such air conditioning brands as York, Trane, and Rudd, as well as serving plumbing clients installing water heaters, disposals, and new fixtures. After 10 years of service to the residential clients of Hutchinson Don saw the need to refocus the companies energies solely on residential service work with the help of his sons Monte, Casey, and Luke. Two companies were established. One Hour Air Conditioning & Heating to serve the residential heating and air clients, and Benjamin Franklin Plumbing to serve all residential plumbing clients.
