Very unimpressed as far as Doctor visits go. The staff was kind, building and restrooms clean the air conditioning was great on Hot Texas day BUT, be forwarded bring your own snacks, drinks and entertainment and PLENTY OF PATIENTS as you will be spending the entire business day waiting and waiting and waiting.
When you do finally get to meet and speak to Dr. I felt very rushed slap on a cast rushed out the door to wait in line to pay and receive school note.
After returning for removal appt. Same thing on time and spent 2 hours waiting, Dr. rushed in with out so much as a hello to my Son sawed on cast and cut with scissors I noticed they didn’t even wash after him and placed back on tool table. Unsympathetic and rushed.

Dr. Quatro has an unequaled arrogance. I took my son in (from Burleson to Hurst) and waited for 3 hours. I had told them that I had to go back to work and the desk said that she would tell the doctor. The nurse came in and had an x-​ray done. I had no other communication until I was about to leave to go back to work… Then the Dr. Quatro came in and we had a 5 minute (for which they charged insurance a full appointment) consult and I had to rush out to get back to work… I was so late I had to take my son with me to work. The doctor said my son needed a knee strap and they were out but they would call when to come back to get it… I asked if I could just get one in Burleson and was told no that it had to be from them. My husband and I drove back from Burleson to Hurst to pick it up and the charge was $ 60.00. Again we asked if we could get it somewhere cheaper and was told no. While there we looked up the exact strap and found them to cost about $ 20.00. I understand markup but that was rediculous. so we ordered our own and that whole trip was wasted. The next appointment I told them I had to get my son out of school and he hasn’t eaten and I had to get back to work as soon as possible. I absolutely had to leave by 2:45. (his appointment was at 1:30.) There was one other boy in the entire waiting room. To be fair I have no idea how many patients were in the rooms. HOWEVER, when I told them what time I had to leave they said they would tell the doctor and it seemed it wouldn’t be an issue. Half an hour went by when a nurse finally came by and asked us a few questions when again I reiterated that I had to leave by 2:45. NOONE else came in… We were absolutely forgotten about. My husband called up there while we were waiting. I got upset and we went to leave. While we were getting my sons school note the person who was talking to my husband on the phone came to me and told me they were just about to go in there and could I wait? What a joke. Completely unprofessional. I will never go back or refer anyone there… not only that my doctor said she has had other complaints and will no longer refer anyone else there.

Our first visit to the office, we had a little bit of a wait, nothing terribly long. I’ve waited 3 hours in other offices before being seen, so having a wait is nothing new, and typically its not the doctors fault (patients new and old tend to have many questions). The office staff is incredibly nice and treats my daughter better than any doctors office I’ve been to. I was very nervous to go because of the two reviews on this office but I heard from another nurse that Quatro is a great doctor. We haven’t had any problems with this office and she (Quatro) has been very informative and kind with my daughter who broke her arm. I’m super thankful for this office and staff, and the 45min to an hour drive for us is ok because I know my daughter is getting great care and service!

My 19 month old broke her arm at daycare, we live in Denton and had to go to Hurst for an Ortho that would work on a child this young. The first visit we waited for 1 ½ hours to see the doctor, the best part is we were the only patients in the whole office! The next visit to get the cast on we waited 2 ½ hours after scheduled appointment. They asked us to come back in a week for a checkup, we didn’t go. The last visit to get the cast off was another 2 hour wait. Then the doctor comes in an gets an attitude about not coming in for the checkup then says everything looks great and her cast is coming off. Then she comes in with the saw and just starts cutting it off, no eye protection for my tiny daughter, no explanation of what is she is doing. Then said you can go. After I get home I noticed she CUT my daughters arm with the saw! She even had the nerve to ask us to come back in 3 weeks for a checkup! This place is a disaster, and apparently injure children as well. I would never take my child back here. Ever!

Incompetent service! Appointment was at 8:30 and arrived at 8:18. Called to the back at 9:15. Dr. spent more time with her computer than with my son. Was upset when she learned that we were not there for a follow up, her assumption. Would have discovered why we were there if she would have engaged in a simple conversation upon entering the exam room. Did a basic exam on my son and then left saying an xray was going to be needed. Dr. went to next room and could hear everything through the wall, so much for patient confidentiality. 20 min goes by and no doc and no xray. No communication so I decided that the caring for the person was not a priority.
Doctor Quatro, We miss school, we miss work, you took that for granted today. Shame on you!
