Friendly, professional, great selection, great hours, consistent. I’ve been stopping by here for last 5 – 6 years.

Came in looking for a protein shake powder. The ladies there were very friendly. The manager recommended this specific brand that I am very happy about.

I called this store before going to make sure they carried the special lozenge I was looking for (Slippery Elm lozenge), Taylor immediately told me that they did carry it and wanted to make sure I knew the price before I ended the call. Upon arriving at the store several hours later I was greeted by multiple staff members and within 30 seconds I had an employee helping me find my lozenges. The employee at the register was very delightful and very knowledgeable about the lozenges I was purchasing. Overall I spent less than 2 minutes in the store, but within that short time frame I was able to see that the store was very clean, the staff was all friendly and very knowledgeable about the items they were selling. Great job!

Rude and unprofessional.
I went here looking for some new supplements, because I’ve recently been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes and low thyroid, after having a baby. I guess I don’t look like typical customer, because I was completely ignored. Two other customers came in and where greeted as they entered. I had to hunt down an employee who still wouldn’t make eye contact with me while I asked him about different protein products. He repeatedly told me that other stores would have better selection.
While I was searching the shelves alone, I clearly overheard another employee repeatedly using the word «vagina» as a derogatory word in conversation, about a male who was not part of the conversation. I left feeling disgusted and ashamed, when I went in looking for help.
I had no problem getting service here two years ago, before I was pregnant and gained a bunch of weight. You’d think with as many weight loss pills and potions as they hock, they’d have seen a fat person before.
I definitely wont be back to this location.
