Worst customer service experience in a long time. I was trying to redeem there 50% off discount on there app and after trying to figure out the app(it needs some improvements it would freeze &delete my order so I had to literally put it in roughly 5 or 6 times) and so after putting in my order over and over and getting a little frustrated with all the freezing– it said that my debit card(which is a VISA) wasn’t eligible for there offer? So I called and explained it to the manager and in a VERYRUDE tone the manager Barry cuts me off and goes«well there is a way for me to honor that if you come in but I won’t» and then he goes«I mean you can call corporate and ask if there’s an issue with the app but LOL(he literally chuckled) they’re closed so nobody’s going to answer» and then I asked«so you can honor it but you won’t?» and he goes«yeah no. I definitely won’t»; I just feel like it was unnecessary to say ‘I sure can! But I sure won’t!’- so my husband said no more T Bell ever(because this the third strike at this location for our family) and he went to Taco Bueno instead

Worst Taco Bell there is. Do yourself a favor and drive down to the Taco Bell at Harwood and 121. Much better. Taco Bell on Pipeline, eat at your own risk. You’ll still get ripped off even if you don’t get sick.

I’m not sure what it is but both Taco Bell options here in Bedford need to step it up ALOT… with all the construction and new fast food options becoming available they will not last! WAIT… That maybe thats a good thing… Anyone know of a great fast food franchise that wants to please their customers… Let’s get them to our area! Both Taco Bells(on Brown Trail and Precinct) never get my orders right and the standard quality expected is sorely lacking… not to mention the cleanliness issue. STEPUPTACOBELLORSTEPOUT!!! Oh and don’t forget to check the filtered post… I’m just saying

I go here a couple times a month. While I’m a food snob… I really enjoy the food. The only reason I don’t give 4 – 5 stars is the fact that the service is pretty spotty and the inside of the restaurant is usually dirty when I come in. The last time I was in though was a couple weeks ago. They had an employee sitting at a table cutting out coupons. The whole time I was sitting across from her, she was on her cell phone talking about running her friend to the liqour store… how she kicked his ass out of the car… how this«b%$*» better stop posting on her facebook and if the guy she was talking to… if his wife freaked out over the pictures she texted him. I can’t think of a worse and unprofessional thing to do while getting paid for a job. Sit right across from a customer and loudly be unprofessional. It turned me off and I will drive the extra 2 miles now to the location on 26 and Harwood so I don’t have to come back. Bad BADBAAAADDDD experience.

Taco Bell is… well Taco Bell. I gave this one 4 stars though for great service. I came here weekly for somewhere around 5 years. They’re also very efficient and get you through the drivethru in a jiffie. It’s okay cheap food, but my order was probably only wrong 4 times over those 5 years. My kids were all indoctrinated to tacos at Taco Bell and still ask to go regularly… until we found a local Taco Casa anyways. Every time I am back on this side of town I make a point to visit. I like really spicy food and the volcano taco and burrito appease my cravings for fire! It never matches up to a Taco Casa in quality, but I’d recommend it if you’re just looking for a quick cheap bite to eat.

The food here has always been okay, however they have gotten my order wrong 100% of the time, and the employees are none too bright to interact with. I second Russel’s claim that the restauraunt looks like a time capsule from ’93.

I actually went back to this location after all the bad stuff I said in my last review(about 3 months ago) and I can safely say that they’ve gotten a bit better. Since I’ve been there they have attempted to clean up the lobby(attempted, not quite achieved). They’ve also painted the walls purple, fixed the broken chair, and(funny enough) they were cleaning the windows while I was there(but they still have crazy hard water stains that will take more then Windex to fix). I still can’t get over how old the lobby looks. It looks like a time capsule from 1993, LOL. Anyhow, I got the recently released(and probably limited time) Cantina Tacos(1 Chicken, 2 Carnitas –Pork-). These are not the best(as Taco Bell calls them) Cantina Tacos I’ve ever eaten, but(to me) they’re probably one of the best things on the menu right now. These tacos go to show that you don’t need a ton of ingredients to make something taste great(they only consist of a stewed meat, onions, cilantro, lime and corn tortilla). Anyhow, I left this place slightly happier then I’ve ever been about this place and I may start going back there regularly(if I don’t catch the same weird abdominal pains after I eat there again).
