History

Established in 2009.

George Rogers founded PrideStaff in 1978, in Fresno, CA. Since then, he has overseen the growth of the PrideStaff network to over 60 franchise offices and three specialty firms: PrideStaff Financial, Rx relief and Insurance Relief. Mike and Julie Almond opened the PrideStaff Hurst office in January 2009. We feel that we have the knowledge and compassion to offer direction and guidance to our candidates and clients. With the support of PrideStaff corporate we have the most up to date resources available on current trends. We want to be able to contribute to the overall success of everyone we meet.

Julie A.

Business Owner

After earning a BA in Business Management with an emphasis in Human Resources Julie began a career in retail. As a District Manager Ishe was responsible for recruiting, hiring, training and motivating employees in multiple locations. In the retail industry Julie developed customer service and sales skills. She also worked part time for six years as a Ministry Coordinator for youth and families. This job helped her develop excellent interpersonal skills, conflict management skills and infinite patience. Which are all very transferrable skills for the staffing industry.
