I have been a regular customer at this store for years and everyone has always been friendly and helpful. So when a virus on the computer I had purchased from them appeared. I remembered seeing a low cost service they had advertised. So here is the result. The total cost to scan and clean up my lap top was $ 190.72 almost the cost of another lap top. I did buy a Dell Lap Top for $ 250.00 at the store as well for my wife. They charged me $ 10.00 to load McAfee software which I already had an current subscription service to. I thought that was unreasonable but more than likely the result of poor training. If not then Office Depot would be basically stealing from their customers. The charges below are from their invoice.

Im extremely happy with the customer service. the associates are so welcoming and helpful! The supplies are of great quality and they have the cutest, miscellaneous items. Everything is accessible, bright, and easy to find. They send out coupons in the mail and prints on your receipts which makes it so easy for you to save a few extra bucks!

Everyone was so friendly and efficient! My print job was long and tiresome and even though Shelly was probably hungry she never complained! Everyone else in the store pitched in to help out when things got busy and from what I could see no one complained or looked irritated. I was thoroughly impressed — you expect good service but when people are just so nice it really is exemplary.
