History
Established in 1988.
Stephen K Harris first established his law practice in the State of California in 1988 and then in Hurricane, Utah in 1993. He is a graduate of Idaho State University (B.S. Biology) and received his legal education at Western State University, Fullerton, California graduating in 1987 (J.D. with scholastic merit) He was on the editorial board of the Western State University Law Review. He served five years as a commissioner including one year as vice-chairman of the Hurricane City Utah Planning Commission. He has been an adjunct faculty member for Dixie State University, St. George, Utah where he taught business law. He is admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the United States Court of Claims, District Courts in the Districts of Utah, Central and Southern California in addition to all courts in the State of California (since 1988) and all courts in the State of Utah (since 1993).

Born in Salt Lake City, Utah and grew up in Shelley, Idaho. Graduated from Idaho State University in 1972 (BS biology) and from Western States University, Fullerton, California in 1987 (Juris Doctor with Scholastic Merit). He is married with five children and 26 grand-children. He has years of experience as a general manager and corporate officer of multi-state retail concern. He was a founder and President of Trisar, Inc. Anaheim California, a national manufacturing and distribution company where he was responsible for over 200 employees. He practiced law in Irvine California beginning in 1988 before establishing his law practice in Hurricane, Utah in 1993.
