Been going here for years and they do a great job on my husbands clothes but just cannot seem to get mine right. I ask every time for my sweaters to be folded over a hanger and they always come back hung by the shoulders which gives them those little bumps on the shoulders. They always put my husbands over a hanger but don’t mine and then charge me double. The German lady is always very nice about it but it has happened 20+ times.
I tried to drop off a shirt with a fabric belt and they handed me back the belt and said, «we will just lose this.» While I appreciate the honesty, I need them to be done together.
So, I will not be returning for my clothes. I have finally had enough.
