For over 40 years, Jim Richardson and Jacob Maples have represented individuals and business across North Alabama. We know all the tricks and the games the insurance company will play before they even get started defending your claim and we put that experience to work for you.

Jim Richardson is senior partner at Richardson Maples, PC, and heads the firm’s personal injury practice. He represents plaintiffs in a broad range of personal injury matters, including auto accidents, truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, insurance bad faith, premises liability, products liability, wrongful death, medical malpractice, nursing home abuse and on-​the-​job injuries.

Mr. Maples brings several years of insurance defense experience to his work representing plaintiffs. His familiarity with the laws governing workers’ compensation and workplace accidents, as well as his expertise in insurance law and claims handling practices, are formidable additions to the firm.
