My husband and I were rear ended by a Dominos delivery driver in 2011. The accident bent the axel of my Suburban. My bill totaled 3K and my husbands lost wages and injury was almost 20K! Mr Durham «talked» me into accepting 1⁄10 ($ 300!) of what I was rightfully owed to me, so he could MORE AGGRESSIVELY pursue my husbands larger case (in doing so I also signed MY rights away). HE LIED!!! He wasn’t aggressive with ins company. Mr Durham did nothing but file, take no for an answer from ins and shrug his shoulders at us (metaphorically). After nearly 3yrs of NOTHING, my husband was so frustrated he accepted 1⁄10 of what he was owed. Mr Durham said he would cut his fee in half for us. HE LIED AGAIN!!! He took 5% off his fee not 50%. I feel more violated by MY ATTORNEY than the ins company!
