Food was great and I would give it 4 stars however the service was horrible. This is the second time in a row that we have been here and had terrible service. I would recommend that you order your food to go

Great atmosphere being right in the park! They’re pizzas are very unique. I like the DaVinci and think it’s arugula and balsamic reduction is a great combination of sweat and savory on a pizza.

Good pizza. Not great pizza but good pizza. I would give them a solid B. The flavor was good, the crust was good and the sauce was good. The only issues were the size of the pie — wish it came in a size larger than 12″ and the location of the restaurant(it’s close to downtown and parking was somewhat limited even for carryout) But out of all the non-chain pizzerias in Huntsville, this one is hands down the best that I have tried. Would definitely go back. Oh and one last thing — Eyeballing the number of chairs, my guess is that the restaurant might be able to hold 50 people — it’s not a large restaurant so if you wanted to come by with 10 of your friends you might not get seated

As it gets cold outside the outside seating will go away, which makes eating here difficult at times. The inside isn’t very big. That said, the food here is consistently good but smaller in size, portion. I would give this place 5 stars but the salads, pretty meal salads are small and expensive. Eight buts for a side salad is a little high for Huntsville. Also, the beer selection is somewhat limited but I hear the house red wine is the best in the city. Should you eat here, I recommend both the pizza and the mushroom ravioli.

We went Sunday after church. The weather was beautiful(warm for December) so we sat outside. Service was laid back… they let us just sit, enjoy the park and talk! We didn’t feel rushed to leave a prime spot. We ordered the Salvador Dali and cheesy bread sticks. I expected to need a box but it was so good we ate it all! I got a glass of house red but when I tasted it I changed the order to a half carafe. It was a nice table blend. This was an exceptionally enjoyable afternoon meal. I don’t eat pizza often so I like to make the gastric splurge worth it. I’ll be back here again.

Stopped by here for lunch before an evening wedding. It’s a solid option. Took advantage of some gorgeous weather to sit outside. Had the prosciutto/arugula olive oil-based pizza and some pink lemonade. Good choices. Everyone left happy. Nice spot — pleasant location, pleasant food, great for a small group, especially when the weather is beautiful.

I like this place a lot. I’ve been here 4 times so far, and every time I go I’m happy with my choice. The food here is excellent. The pizzas are very tasty, cheesy, and will more than fill you up. I usually have a couple of slices I can take home that are left over. They have these excellent cheese sticks for an appetizer, which nearly tastes as good as the pizzas. The tiramisu dessert is soft, fluffy, and very tasty. The service is pretty good and the people are nice. It’s a little bit pricey, but a good choice for my wife and I every now and then. Usually ends up being about $ 20-$ 25 per person depending on if I get dessert or not.(that’s including tax/tip).

I like dining at Pane E Vino because I love the patio and how it overlooks Big Spring Park. I love the food here and their salads. They have a good wine selection but they can price some pretty high for what it is. I have never had any complaints while I dined and look forward to going again soon.

Solid food decent, wine, and a great view. I wish they had a bigger menu. Service was a bit slow.

I usually only get apps and wine, but it’s ALWAYS delicious. The service is always spectacular. The location is great. The view is gorgeous. And the assistant manager… I think his name is Jorge? He’s super hot.

One of my favorite local spots in town! They have amazing pizza, my personal favorite go to is the«Salvador Dali» and then my husband and I split the Greek salad. Wonderful outdoor seating area right next to the art museum. Most evenings they have live entertainment and the whole patio has a quaint, romantic feel. Their wine and beer is great and affordable, and they tend to carry local craft brews on tap. Staff is always really friendly and helpful. An amazing and affordable local restaurant!

I very seldom review just service, by I HAVETO! We were here last night about 8:00, so not super busy. We were seated immediately and then the wait came. We waited about 10 minutes and finally I walked up to the bar and asked for service. A very young waitress was very apologetic and rushed over to fill our water glasses, which we explained were dirty ones from previous occupants. She, again, apologized and took the glasses. We waited again. We eventually left frustrated and hungry. Let me add, the kitchen is all open, so we could see all the wait staff just standing around in there talking. Where is the manager??? Why is such terrible service the topic of so many Unilocal reviews? Come on folks get a clue… this is a great location and supposedly good pizza from the few folks that actually got served, but get a grip on your customer service!!!

Great location. There was live music and corn hole and some other bag toss have was available off the patio seating. But… We ate there last night and I think ‘alright’ summed up everyone’s opinion. My calzone was too light on cheese, my daughter’s fettuccini Alfredo was bland, my wife’s pizza didn’t have enough of the goat cheese or artichoke to taste over the mozz. We ordered some meatballs that were good enough to reorder and they came with tasty marinara but really needed some fresh Italian bread to eat them with. And there was no bread either with the meatballs or for the table. Bottom line, I’d eat there again(meatball grinder/sub probably) if I was at the park and hungry but if they were in another location, I think they’d go out of business.

Left my wallet at work, left and came back 20 minutes until close and they welcomed me in like opening time! Great bartender/server, she even gave me other restaurant suggestions for the surrounding area! Such a great place!

My husband and I lived in Huntsville for 8 months two years ago and we still miss this place. When we come back to visit we will definitely have to enjoy this a few times. Great atmosphere and the pizza is amazing! For the perfect date night start off with the caprese, followed by the best pizza on the menu the Georgia O’keeffe, and an amazing tiramisu to finish an awesome meal! Also sit outside because it makes the experience even better! A great view of a beautiful park! Love and miss this place so much! Can you guys open up another location in Cincinnati, Ohio? We miss this restaurant so much! Five stars all the way!

This isn’t my top recommendation for pizza in downtown Huntsville. However, the location is nice with outdoor seating overlooking Big Spring Park. Pizza gets a 2⁄5. My husband and i have been here a couple of times, but the quality just doesn’t seem that great and the pizza tastes somewhat bland. I think there are better tasting pizza options in the area. Service gets a 3/5, it’s about average. Location gets a 4/5, the outdoor seating is nice since it’s right next to the park.

I love that I can walk to the restaurant for lunch, sit on the patio and enjoy the view of the park! The food is good. Service is prompt and attentive. I like the Chicken Alfredo. Great place for a date or small get together. Get there early for dinner because parking is a bear! However, if you do have to park on the other side of the park you get to see the pond with all the big coy fish and you can take a moment and feed the ducks and geese. I would recommend this restaurant!

I try not to give out 5 stars unless the venue really deserved it. I just say this place deserves 5 and maybe 1 or 2 more. We went in on a fly. My husband works for HEMSI and passes by this place a lot. He mentioned that he’s been wanting to try it for a while. We walked in without reservations but that was okay as this is located at Big Spring Park which was beautiful at sunset. We were seated in 25 min and greeted promptly by our server. We ordered the caprese and meatballs. Absolutely fabulous and so fresh. I had a glass of Goats Do Goat rose blend. That was delicious as well. We recommend getting reservations and in time for the sunset. It’s absolutely beautiful for a date night with your significant other or family.
